Chest Strap Heart Rate Monitor

A wristwatch gives you a number, but during intervals or long climbs that number lags behind. A chest strap reads your heart rate directly from your chest, so the reading is more accurate and sharper, even when your pace changes rapidly. If you train by heart rate zones, this is the difference between guessing and knowing.

The strap is made of elastic fabric with a plastic module, fastens with a click, and adjusts to your chest circumference, so it stays in place while running, cycling, and when you're bent over the handlebars.
